Family Tree Building
Have you ever wanted to know who your ancestors are and what your ancestors did ?
If so, i have the knowledge and skill to build you a family tree going back 2 or 3 generations.
Once i have all the information to hand, you will then receive a glossy family tree print out, that you can either frame or laminate to show the rest of your family

Finding Beneficiaries
Where there is a will or financial/legal entitlement document
A solicitor, executor, estate administrator or trustee may ask us to find missing heirs or beneficiaries who will be identified and located for a pre-agreed fee.
Where there is no will (intestacy)
Heirs are identified and located according to the intestacy rules of inheritance when the deceased leaves no will. If the work is requested by a solicitor then a fee may be agreed in advance.
If the work has been conducted in response to an advertisement by Government or a solicitor then a rate of commission will be agreed with heirs prior to submission of their claim. This will normally be a percentage of the estate.

Searching Additional lines - £90
​
If you wish to Know all direct Ancestors going back to the early 1800s, including glossy pedigree or wall chart
Price is - £500

If birth / death certificates are required for research, they come at a cost of £11 each
​
If you are an Adoptee or of unknown parentage, these searches can take much longer due to not having many matches, please get in touch after completing an Ancestry DNA test, and i will be happy to discuss a price to suit, depending on the difficulty of your case.
